  • What is the shelf life on your products?
    Chocolate products and candy: 8-12 weeks Marshmallows and WTF Marshmallow Cream: 6 weeks
  • How do I store the product?
    Candy, marshmallows and chocolate should all be kept in a cool, dry place. All of our products are shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate any of the products. Our WTF Marshmallow Cream can be frozen for a cold, delicious treat.
  • Do you have products that adhere to specific diets such as gluten free?
    Yes, and we continue to add new products each month. You can filter our products by Gluten Free to determine the best selection for your needs.
  • Are your products nut free?
    Most of our products are nut free, however, we do produce some products with nuts. Although we do our very best not to cross contaminate, the way our treats are made and package, it is possible they may have come in contact with nuts or a nut substance. Therefore, if you have an allergy to nuts, please be aware of this danger. We recommend you do not order any of our treats if the allergy is severe.
  • Do you have nutritional information available?
    We hope to post it to our website soon! If you have any immediate questions about nutritional details, please contact us so we can assist you.
  • How can I get your yummy goodies?
    Visit the Events page on our website to see where we will be set up in-person or visit our online store to place an order. You can arrange for pick up in Dublin, arrange to meet us somewhere, or have your orders shipped. Shipping is $10 on orders under $100 - FREE for orders over $100. Orders scheduled for pick up or meet up must be paid for in advance.
  • Are you in stores?
    Not yet - but stay tuned! Do you have a store in mind you would like to see us in? Shoot us a note and we'll add it to our list, or even better, tell the store about us and have them reach out to us.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We take it all. All major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal or good old fashioned cash at our in-person events. Personal checks will only be accepted for deposits on custom orders made 14 days or longer from pick up/ship date.
  • Do you do special orders?
    Absolutely! Please reach out to us regarding any special orders. We can do specific colors, flavors, or large quantities. All custom orders will require a 50% deposit within 48 hours of placing the order, and the balance is due 5 days before the order is to be shipped/picked up or delivered. If the balance is not paid in time, the order will not be completed by the due date. All special order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled after 28 days before due date. Orders cancelled between 28-5 days before ship/due date will be credited their deposit money towards another order. Deposit money for orders canceled 5 days or less before ship/due date , or orders with unpaid balances will be forfeited.
  • Can I order in bulk for corporate gifts or weddings?
    YES!! WE can do custom colors, packaging or labeling. We love doing special orders. We can even work with you to do specialty gift boxes with some of our fun "non-food" add-ons.
  • How do you ship?
    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the shipper. All PO Box addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • How long will it take for me to get my goodies?
    Since our delicious treats are handmade with love, please allow us 1-3 business day s to process your order and shipping the takes 2-3 business days. In order to get you the freshest product, we do not ship Friday-Sunday. While we can offer overnight or express shipping - that does not take into account processing times. We do try to get orders out ASAP, but around holidays and busy times please allow us up to 7 days to create your items. Some of our products require a multi-day process, so we want to make sure we get you the best products ever. If you need your order ASAP or by a specific date - please give us a shout at info@artisanhilltreats.com and we will see what we can do to get them to you sooner.

    Due to the fact that all of our items are edible and perishable, for food safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be given. If your order for some reason arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your purchase, then please reach out to info@artisanhilltreats.com and we will absolutely work to get any problem you have resolved.
